Library Travel Grants: University of Michigan Asia Library

The University of Michigan's Asia Library is pleased to announce its 2017 travel grants on behalf of the Lieberthal-Rogel Center for Chinese Studies, the Center for Japanese Studies, and the Nam Center for Korean Studies.  

The three centers offer Asia Library Travel Grants on a competitive basis and are now accepting applications for the 2017 travel grants. The grants are to help defray the cost of travel, lodging, meals, and photo-duplication for scholars of China, Japan, and Korea at other institutions who wish to utilize the collection at the University of Michigan Asia Library.

Eligibility:
Scholars (faculty and advanced graduate students) of China, Japan, and Korea at other institutions.

Amount:
Up to $700 per trip.

Deadline:
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
